Description

SC-200 is a highly concentrated, caustic based industrial cleaner designed especially for those cleaning tasks which defy normal liquid detergent compounds.

Due to the high concentration SC-200 may be diluted down with water 1:10 or after testing to whatever strength will adequately perform your cleaning job. This dilution will have a marked effect on unit cost produced. Prime targets for SC-200 are very dirty, greasy concrete floors. SC-200 is an outstanding concrete cleaner. It may be used to clean air filters, conveyor systems, boiler room walls, heavy duty construction equipment, engines or machinery, printing presses, exhaust hoods, as well as being an effective compound for use in dip tanks, soak tank cleaning and metal cleaning prior to descaling operations. Extensively used in steel production plants and the mining industry.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

SC-200 may be used in conjunction with hot or cold pressure spray equipment, automatic scrubbing machines for floor maintenance due to its low foam characteristics, may be applied with brush or mop, as also dip tanks. After the cleaning task is complete, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed.

PRECAUTIONS:

The concentrated alkaline product is considered to be an irritant. Irritating to the eyes – avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children Store away from children, in original closed containers. Use gloves and goggles whenever the product is used. SC-200 will attack aluminium parts and painted surfaces.
